All pricing is in Canadian Dollars We Offer Free Shipping Anywhere in Canada ON ORDERS OVER $50 BEFORE TAX ** For some items that are Heavy or Large size boxes or Special order item, a small shipping charge may apply, at our discretion. Additionally any overweight shipments are subject to additional freight charges.
Shipping Charge for any Remote, Air Stage, or Rural Destinations - Please understand that we incur heavy shipping charges for these out of reach locations, an additional shipping charge may apply, at our discretion.
We will ship your order to the address EXACTLY as it is inputted on our website, therefore orders returned to us undeliverable due to customer input error will not be re-shipped without a form of payment to cover new shipping costs.

US Customers will Pay $50.00 shipping charges per order
In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue. Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a Canada post tracking confirmation, or Courier tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost. RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY PERIODS
Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:
Merchandise cannot and should not be returned back to WellnessMed Supply Inc., without a [ RGA ] Returned Goods Authorization number and must include a photocopy of the original invoice clearly stating the invoice number and total amount paid. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items if WellnessMed Supply Inc. is not at fault.
Most of our Tens Machine are One (1) year Warranty from date of original shipment from our (Mywellcare.ca) facility or from an authorized (Mywellcare.ca) Distributor.
All returned merchandise must be in like-new, re-sell condition and as received condition. All freight charges must be prepaid and insured by you, the buyer on all returned merchandise. All authorized merchandise must be returned back to WellnessMed Supply Inc. within 10 calendar days after being delivered.
Any items shipped back to WellnessMed Supply Inc. after 10 calendar days will be refused and returned back to the purchaser at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to WellnessMed Supply Inc. The buyer must insure the returned shipment.
In the event returned merchandise is damaged, WellnessMed Supply Inc. will file a claim with the shipping carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.
All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.

- Any items marked as non refundable

- All Needles and Syringes are non returnable goods
- Tens Machines (if they have been used) Dr. Ho products

To receive credit for items returned, please review the following information. Call our office for return authorization and we will discuss arrangements for pick up. Items must be received in saleable condition and unopened to receive credit. Unsaleable or damaged items will be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the purchaser. Collect returns without authorization will not be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase. Special order items are not returnable for any reason.
