Placed order for a Tens machine and had seconds thoughts may be wrong unit for me Called spoke to Dennis he was great he called the office and had the order cancelled with no hassel.He then gave advise as to what unit to buy.Went back on line and bought the Tens unit.The machine arrived within a few days and I am 100% pleased with the service and the product .Recommend this company for sure
I just want to say thank you for your excellent service and help just when we needed it most. I had purchased a TENS unit for my husband as a gift for Christmas. We had a house fire a year before and we lost our unit in the fire. We received the unit and it didn't work. We were told to call Dennis at head office so my husband did. He gave us many options to solve the problem. We ordered a new unit, the unit that my husband originally had, and Dennis said that he would send it out priority post so it would arrive the next day. We needed it desperately for my sore back and my husbands injured rotator cuff. Christmas pains I suppose. Dennis came through as promised as well as had a return label provided for return of the defective unit. We were credited as soon as it was returned.
I just want to say this company was a pleasure to deal with and did exactly what they said they would do.
