Since July, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis on three occasions: I placed an order for a TENS/EMS unit and was very happy to receive my order within a couple of days (MyWellCare had been recommended to me by a friend for their great customer service and competitive prices). I absolutely love the TENS/EMS unit I received - it helped keep me running in good health all summer long; in fact, I enjoyed my highest mileage summer in years, part of which I attribute to using the TENS/EMS unit.
When my TENS/EMS unit malfunctioned, Dennis returned my phone call and and provided assistance on a weekend - I so appreciated this prompt customer service.
The defective unit was replaced as soon as I sent it in, and in return, I received a new unit and was compensated for the mailing costs.
