most frustrating to start - tried for
2 1/2 hours to phone/ finally got through
- the person (Dennis) who answered the call
said phone line was down/ anyway, he was
extremely helpful & most patient/ thank you
for being so understanding & patient/

My sanitizing wand stopped working.
Dennis from head office directed me through the return process efficiently.
The wand was replaced or repaired and returned within a short time.
Tracking info. was included.
