This is the first time we ordered anything from mywellcare.ca but we thought we would give them a try since their products are very well priced. It turned out they were out of stock on the item but then went out of their way to make things right. Not only did they ship the item to us by express mail at no additional charge to make up for the longer wait time, they also included a pain relief gel for free as a gesture of goodwill. It was a pleasure to deal with Dennis, the owner. You can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that still gives customers personal attention. What a difference they are from many online businesses that just transfer you from one clueless agent to another when issues arise. We highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again.
