This is a wonderful product with one big flaw! It’s the best one on the market and I have purchased a few of them for my kids and myself. The big fly is that the material covering the massage balls is not strong enough. Right now mine is worn through on one side, but the machine is still perfectly intact. Otherwise I’ve had to throw out at least three or four machines because the material wears out over the balls. Surely there must be a material that is stronger. The one I ordered my son just recently was because his was broken through material on both sides , I’ve tried using it by fixing it with hemp string, but nothing works and I’ve almost strangled myself by getting my top wound up in the exposed massage balls. They are expensive and I need to be ordering another one but there’s nothing at all wrong with the one I have other than that the material has worn through , I would like your feedback on this problem.
