great advice

I made call at mywellcare.ca last week , they gave me great advice for my back pain ,I Wanted to order Tens 3000 for $ 69.00 and I found out that this only tens unit and analog this is not digital tens unit , when i call mywellcare.ca they told me with your problem you should order Premier 6300 tens and EMS this unit is Sale for $115.00 Tens and EMS Combo Thank you for right advice , I got my unit next day , I am very happy with your product and services .for sure will recommend www.mywellcare.ca to my friends and family.

Great Product...Incredibly Fast Service

I places my first order on July 3rd at around 3:00 PM, and my order arrived on July 4th at around 8:30 AM. Unbelievably fast service. Thanks for the quick turn around. I just happened to find your website www.mywellcare.ca on Monday while looking for a Tens unit and Biofreeze supplier. I was please to see FREE shipping and placed my order immediately. Not only did I receive immediate notification that my order had been received, but another letting me know that it was being processed and another notifying me that it had been shipped. About 24 hours later the package was at my front door. Not only will your company be THE place to look online Health Store supplies, I will be telling all my friends about it as well.“

Great service

I was looking for a single head hand held massager. Even though there wasn't one in the web site I called. I spoke with Dhanesh, who was very helpful. He told me that there was one in the warehouse and that he would send me the information. It was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered and paid on-line (which was simple and straightforward) I made arrangement to pick up the massager the next day as promised. I would highly recommend "My Well Care" if you are looking for that one device no one else seems to have.

Great Customer Service!

i purchased a TENS machine for my mom, which stopped working after 1 use. i called the company and they were SO nice, saying they would send me a new machine and include some free electrodes to cover the cost of the return shipping. they sent the new machine overnight, which works perfectly. i have never encountered such a trouble-free transaction on an online purchase before. i have already placed another order with this company. very impressed!

Great Customer Service!

I recently made my 2nd purchase from mywellcare.ca. My package ( TENS unit)arrived within 2 days. After using it for a week I noticed an issue with one of the components. After registering my my concern via email, I received a phone call within 10 minutes and my issue was completely resolved. Truely great customer service.

Superior service!

I ordered a 3 pack of rollon Biofreeze from this company and followed my order on Canada Post with the tracking numbe provided. The package was stalled in the Post Office for several days. I contacted "my wellcare". They, immediately got in touch with Canada Post to sort it out. Canada Post then sent it to Montreal! I live in London ON. Mywellcare notified me that they were sending me a free one to tide me over until the package got here. It arrived the next business day! I eventually got my original order but I can't say enough about this company's excellent service! I find Biofreeze so helpful for my arthritis pain and they didn't let me be without any because of a Post Office foulup! I will certainly be ordering from them in the future! Thank you mywellcare!
