It's all up to you. Includes 4 Interchangeable Attachment Heads that target different muscle groups. Recommended to massage muscle from top to bottom, or middle to sides. For large muscle groups, follow the direction of the muscle. For large muscle groups, massage for 30-50s (3x). For smaller or bonier muscle groups, massage for 10-15x (3x).

How To Use:

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for at least 3 seconds to turn the device ON to level 1 speed. Continue using at level 1 speed until you are comfortable with the speed and intensity. If you would like to increase the speed, press the button again to adjust the speed level from 1 to 3. To turn the device OFF at any speed level, simple press and hold the ON/OFF button. As a safety measure, the device will automatically turn OFF after 10 minutes of continuous use. Restart the device to continue use after 10 minutes.
